Catch the wind, fly over the sea. Your passport to new freedom.
Wing Foiling uses a handheld 'wing' to catch the wind and a 'foil' (hydrofoil) attached to the board to lift off the water surface. Free from water resistance, you experience a unique floating sensation as if flying.
Wing foiling works by balancing "wind power" and "water lift".
A handheld kite that catches the wind. Inflatable and lightweight. You control it with handles to generate propulsion.
The base you stand on. Beginners use high-buoyancy boards, but as you improve, you can use smaller boards for agility.
Underwater wings that generate lift like an airplane. Once you gain speed, this part lifts the board out of the water.
You can enjoy it from gentle winds of about 4m/s. Miyazaki offers good conditions throughout the year.
Without lines like kitesurfing, the risk is relatively lower, making it popular among women and seniors too.
As long as there is wind, you don't need waves. Enjoy a solo cruise on the ocean.
First, learn wing handling on the beach. Master catching the wind and turning.
Use a large, stable board to get the feel of moving with the wind on the water.

Criteria for choosing gear for beginners.
Larger sizes (5-6 sqm) are recommended for starting. Easy to catch wind and get stable power.
Aim for your weight + 40 liters (e.g., 100L for 60kg). More buoyancy means more stability.
Larger front wings lift easier at low speeds. Beginners should choose larger sizes.
Mandatory for maritime safety, regardless of swimming ability.
Always tether the board and wing to your body. It's your lifeline.
Be careful of strong "offshore" winds. Avoid dangerous conditions.
